You'll notice three stylish trim pieces from the back pillars. They're just for looks but are designed to remind you of those high-mounted engine-cooling vents from the original Volkswagen bus. The designers call them "Bäckerscheiben," which is German for those little slits bakers cut on loaves of bread.
The hood of the ID Buzz opens in an unexpected way. It hinges at the bottom and drops like a jaw to give you access to the windshield washer reservoir and more.
